Den Level Information (click here)
All Leaders are expected to attend the committee meetings. If you cannot attend, please have your assistant leader attend. The committee meetings are listed on the calendar.
When taking a trip out of town with your Den, at least 2 weeks before the trip, you need to fill out a tour permit form and submit it to the committee chair which then gets submitted to Council. This protects you as the Den Leader (the scouts are covered through BSA insurance only if you complete and submit this form).
All Leaders must complete training through the Boy Scouts of America. Each leader needs: Cub Scout Essentials, Cub Scout Leader Specific Training, Youth Protection and Risk Zone (you NEED this one to sign a tour permit).
